This is just the beginning, and it’s long overdue, in 2005 I had a vision of creating a better way of helping people get rid of their ARM mortgages. Unfortunately, until late 2007 this massive effort was delayed. In the mean time the number of ARM mortgages originated have increased in multiples, and 2008 is projected to possibly be a record year for first adjustments on ARM mortgages with up to 1.8 Million Homeowners expected to receive their first rate adjustment upwards! The average household today is already stressed by so many different financially related trends. When mortgages adjust, and the increase can be significant, it can begin a downward spiral financially sometimes ending in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or both. This must be prevented whenever possible!
